Gout is one painful problem that haunts millions of people across the world. This acute arthritis that causes joint inflammation has a very interesting gender issue which we will discuss in this article – does it affect men more than women?

Over time, it’s been shown that men are more vulnerable to develop gout than women – this is what research has shown over the years and throughout history.

There are obviously a handful of reasons for this phenomenon and that is what I will be further discussing below.

Gout Risks: Why Men?

Research has show that in America, about 80% of the gout patients are men. Most people don’t realize this – I didn’t until I started thinking about the people around me that had gout. They were all men! I don’t know any women with the condition.

The probable reason for this that scientists have been researching is that the risk of having Hyperuricemia is higher in men than in women.

A man’s body produces uric acid at a rate way higher than most women. The production rate begins to climb up during the teenage years and when they reach their middle ages, they already have had a life of excessive uric acid production going on inside of their bodies.

When, fortunately, don’t have the same chemical make up that us men do when it comes to uric acid production. Women are mostly at gout risk when they face menopause because their uric acid level equals with that of the men’s.

This usually happens in the later years of a woman’s life, however. The estrogen working in the body of a fertile woman helps them to keep the uric acid production under control.

Other Fatal Facts

Beside the biological reasons, there are few other facts that may explain the process of having gout for men.

In a general viewpoint, men consume a better amount of alcohol and foods that are rich in purines than women. Alcohol is extremely injurious to the kidneys that disturbs their natural capability of filtering the uric acid out of the body.

As men drink more frequently and irrationally than women, they manage to create much more damaging side-effects to their bodies than women.

Besides the alcohol issue, men usually consume much more purine-based foods. Even though a man of 40 may work harder than a woman of the same age, he might end up developing a gout case in his big toes, feet, legs or somewhere else just because he was not paying attention to what he was eating!

Because of this fact, diet is extremely important in preventing gout.

Getting Out of Gout

Unfortunately, there are not any dependable drugs on the market that can cure gout for good. The available medications leave some other negative impacts on your health and I don’t recommend taking them.

So, curing gout or preventing it through a healthy lifestyle is the most recommended way by both the experts and people like me that have had gout. Natural gout remedies are the way to go!

Avoiding foods that are high in purines, keeping your weight at healthy levels, and doing the needed exercise the ultimate mantras to be away of the gouty nightmare, or at least feel a lot better while having it.

I recommend that you check out some of the natural gout remedy guides that are available online. If they worked for me, they can work for you as well.

Back again with an article about gout and cherries as a cure?? Who would have ever thought that! Read on and learn all about this unusual treatment.

The gout condition is a common one, found all around the world with a deep history going back thousands of years. There are stories of people people getting cured from penetrating diseases in miraculous ways without the use of any common medicines that are found today.

It is a part of human nature that allows our minds to keep finding alternative and more affective ways along with ones medical science suggests.

One of these new miraculous non-medical beliefs is that cherries can be used to cure your gout problem. Does this really work? Let’s take a look…

Healing Gout with Cherries: The Beginning

It began in 1950 when a doctor himself, called Ludwig Blau, claimed that a daily dose of six to eight cherries helps to send your gout problem to it’s grave.

Just like all the other medical claims, this one also faced severe criticism and doubts that even included the validity of the physician’s credentials.

In spite of all the negative approaches, the idea itself was never totally rejected. Scientists and nutritionists have extended the research through time and found out that this smoke has a fire too, and probably one with goodness in it!

The Research Over The Years

Recently, the University of California-Davis has had a research of ten women by offering them a breakfast only of 45 cherries, and the results surely seem to take Dr. Ludwig Blau’s claim in a positive place.

The Agriculture Research Service with the United States Department of Agriculture have also made a study showing that a breakfast taken with only cherries results in a higher rate of uric acid execution from the body. The pre and post cherry-meal level of uric acid in blood presented a “yes” card for cherries to be effective in controlling the rise of uric acid.

Basically, what this means is that cherries low the risk of gout because gout usually begins when your body has an abundance of uric acid. This uric acid causing gout attacks the joints and causes immense pain.

Further Facts On Cherries

It has been found that cherries help to control a gout situation by three commendable tasks. They are:

Cherries contain a natural enzyme that helps keeping the production of uric acid minimal and within the healthy body range.

Cherries include a one-of-a-kind anti-oxidant that supports a higher rate of uric acid reduction from the body.

Finally, cherries help collagen to keep the connective tissues of our bodies stronger which are the things that gout severely dents.

Food myths have always been a great matter of interest in human communities through time and places. When such a tale is related to health and pain-curing issues, it spreads like a flame.

Though many of those are just tales, having some cherries for a week or two to combat your gout is worth trying. After all, why wouldn’t you want to try something that has the chance to reduce pain in your body?

In the end, it’s up to you to decide what you want to do. There are no medications that can 100% cure your gout. The only way is through natural remedies that can be made at home from ingredients bought at your local grocery shop.

That’s what I had to do to finally beat my gout pain. What will you do?

Gout and alcohol – are they friendly to each other? Or are they arch-nemesis? I’m going to be talking about them today in this next article. I’ve been on a roll lately!

Gout is one painful kind of arthritis that can leave disturbing impacts on the entire lifestyle of a person. For gout, the word “lifestyle” is a significant issue.

For many years now, experts have found a deep connection to alcohols and gout. The interesting thing is that not all the alcoholic beverages have an influence on gout.

So which ones do? That’s what we’ll be covering below…

Gout: How Alcohols Get Connected

Formerly, gout was called the “King’s Disease” as in the past, only kings and rich men seemed to develop this syndrome. The name does not suggest anything commendable, and nor do the patients think of themselves as kings these days.

If we take a look at the habits and practices that are common in gout patients, we can find that the way they eat, live and lead their lives is closely related to the way the rich ate during the medieval and reconstruction periods.

It is very obvious that over consumption of alcohol is injurious to the kidney. It not only prompts the risk of having kidney stones and other diseases, but it also affects the functionality of the kidneys that is needed to be healthy to filter out the excessive uric acid.

Alcohols convert to lactic acid inside the body and it reduces the execution rate of uric acid as well.

Should You Avoid All Alcoholic Beverages?

Alcohol is, to be specific, not one of the direct reasons behind gout. Excessive intakes of alcohol can create many internal problems in your body and disturbing the kidney is one of them.

It has been found that beers have more risks than any other alcoholic beverage when it comes to gout.

Generally, it was thought that the non-alcoholic element that beer contains is high in purines. Purines are one of the main factors for developing gout.

But a research on volunteers from Taiwan showed that though the purines inside beer are high, it was not actually an influence on beer drinkers when combined with a diet that consists of vegetables.

Beer Can Be The Main Gout Culprit

This study lead researchers to think in another way and enabled them to look deeper. If we notice the lifestyle of a person who indulges in beer often, we would see a life full of unbalanced health practices.

In reality, a person who prefers other alcohols like wine and spirits usually consumes them in decent quantities while dining or for special occasions.

On the other hand, a person who enjoys beer usually enjoys a lot of it – whether it’s after work, during dinner, at parties and more. Beer drinkers simply drink more than non-beer drinkers.

Moreover, excessive beer drinkers are usually unstable and disorganized in their lives and are mostly the” who cares” types. They are open to junk foods (full of red meats and purines), unhealthy dairy goods and others that ignite a gout situation.

Lastly, studies show that beer drinkers live a rather sitting life than the other alcohol consumers.

Though the risk of having gout hangs over the excessive drinkers’ heads, it definitely does not suggest that you can switch over and heavily drink wine or liquer.

I don’t want to paint a picture that beer should not be consumed. Hell, I love beer! All I’m simply saying is that excessive beer drinking increases your chance of gout substantially compared to having a beer every now and then.

I know that whey protein as a gout treatment sounds crazy, but could it be true? That’s what I decided to write about today as I recently came across some information during my gout remedy research.

Medical science is something that never rests and is constantly improving year after year, finding new cures for diseases we never thought curable. And gout is definitely one problem that hampers the life of the afflicted to a great extent.

This age-old problem has no pure medical treatments yet that can reduce it without causing any side effects. Our matter of hope lies with the hard-work and researches of the scientists and nutritionists who are trying to get something better to challenge gout’s audacity.

And one of the new treatments being researched is whey protein!

Gout: The Development and Testing Process

For most people suffering from gout, it is initially found in the big toes. The toe becomes red and puffy, and penetrating pain that feels like needles starts to occur. Simply touching the toe can cause immense pain as I know from personal experience.

Soon, walking becomes difficult as hell and the pain seems to come back more frequently as the condition worsens over time.

To confirm that you have a GOUT SITUATION, the diagnosis process can be done in three ways:

Urine Test: Urine sample is collected to test the level of uric acid in it.

Blood Test: Sample is taken to test if the blood has a higher level of uric acid.

Joint Fluid Test: Fluids from the affected joint is taken out to see if uric acid crystals are in there.

Any or all of them can be performed to make sure if a person has developed gout or not.

Generally, the first two are enough to confirm gout but a patient may have to face the third one, which is painful indeed, if the other symptoms do not clearly point to gout.

However, once it is official that you have gout, it’s time to immediately start planning a cure – which is why you’re here!

Since there is no fixed and fine medication for gout, people may seem to be confused. They’re trying out lots of old-school ways to get rid of gout.

In such a situation, recent studies showing benefits of whey protein in gout can actually reduce the pain.

Time to Trey out Some Whey Protein

Whey protein is getting more attention the past few years from medical experts for its amazing qualities. Whey proteins of excellent quality contains an impressive number of amino acid and (obviously) protein that helps healing in many ways.

Bodybuilders also take whey protein for a great physique – but in order to cure gout, you MUST only take the high quality, more expensive stuff.

Recent studies have suggested that the lactoferrin in whey protein may help our body heal faster. Plus the amino acid inside assists the body to restore its best possible health so that the active and sound immune system can find a way to fight gout more effectively all by itself.

The human body is designed to protect itself deep within. If the immunity system is working as it should, it will find a way to check any health issue without causing any massive side-effects. That is why whey protein is being considered for curing gout in a better way.

Now I’m not a doctor in any shape, way or form, so I have to include a disclaimer here. But I suggest that you add some high quality whey protein to your diet. It tastes great in milk anyway!

Those who take a deeper interest in history and stories from the medieval ages may find gout to be present in them. It may be the old King whose damsel daughter is in distress or a nobleman dying of gouty pain.

The reason mentioning it is obvious – to show how old and infamous the gout disease really is.

This form of joint arthritis is found worldwide causing immense pains to millions. To be very honest, gout is not something that “accidentally” happens – it is, in fact, something that people invite in unknowingly most of the time.

Gout: The Attack

Gout is the outcome of the formation of uric acid crystals in the affected joint, mostly the big toes for unknown reasons, causing piercing pain from time to time.

Beside the big toe, it can occur initially in other joints like the knee, elbow or feet. The place, at first, starts to puff up with growing redness and inflammation.

Even a slightest touch of a blanket can feel like a stab into your toe!

These attacks show that gout might be there already. But it definitely does not start here. Gout risks actually begin to form when the level of uric acid starts getting higher in the blood.

The inflamed joint common in gout contains uric acid crystals that are sharp and why it feels like tiny needles poking your skin.

Foods that are high in purines help the body to produce excessive uric acid than normal. And if you’re overweight or enjoy drinking alcohol, your risk of getting gout grows substantially.

It’s important that you work on your weight and try to get in shape if you’re worried that you may be getting gout. If you have trouble running or exercising, try an exercise bike – I find this to be the most easiest for people wanting to lose weight.

And you must cut out the beer from your diet. Not only does it make you fatter, but it also prevents the kidneys from filtering out the uric acid that’s causing gout pain!

Gout: The Phases

Gout can be divided in to four phases marking its various forms from the very beginning. The four phases of gout are:

Asymptomatic: This phase does not come with any symptoms but marks the high level of uric acid in the body.

Acute: From here start the symptoms with surprise attacks that keep coming back. If someone is knowledgeable enough about gout and starts taking care of it right away, the situation can be taken under control.

Inter-critical: This phase is literally the calm moment before a massive storm with no pain, no attacks- anything. If the gout situation is not taken under treatment by this, it leads to the ferocious fourth phase!

Chronic: It just does what the name suggests. The attacks are now chronic and start weakening the patient causing inability to work along with other problems.

Gout: Further Ado

There is no absolute cure for gout for a relief. The attacks will keep occurring whenever the uric acid level in blood gets higher and is converted to uric acid crystals.

It may be found in more than one joint if the condition is totally untreated through out all the phases. As the pain is so hard to tolerate, most of the sufferers become bound to find a way for the first affected area.

In addition to that, gout is something that leads to other health problems such as hypertension, kidney stones, and other painful problems.

I, along with the experts, suggest avoiding foods high in purines or protein. As fruits are can absorb uric acid impressively, it is recommended to consume berries and cherries with other fruits as much as possible.

Gout cannot be treated with medicines yet, but it can surely be soothed with a little change in lifestyle which is worth trying. There are several resources available online that are worth looking into if you currently are dealing with gout pain.

The hyperuricaemia situation that’s known for causing gout to a greater extent simply cannot be cured by prescribed medicines.

Most of the available drugs are for curing the kidney stones.

Four of these drugs are commonly used for controlling the gout symptoms. Here they are:

Colchicine

Using colchicines for attacking gout has long been the practice in the medical field.

Though it is a drug that has a record of being used on a massive scale, it has many severe side-effects too.

The common stomach-related ones consist of nausea, diarrhea, vomiting tendency or cramping.

The drug can also cause serious problems like anemia, narrowing the bone, muscle inflammation and an over dose can result in death to the individual taking it.

Those who have kidney malfunction problem are not prescribed for colchicines. Because of this, it is ill-advised to be taking this drug no matter what.

Allopurinol

This drug helps to reduce the fusion of uric acid in the blood – however, it too can cause some serious side-effects.

It is knows to cause the skin to breakout along with the blood vessels. I personally don’t know what that means, but that’s simply what I read during my research for this post.

It can also intoxicate the kidney.

This drug can be very useful to control future gout attacks as it lessens the uric acid synthesis – but it is to be noted that it does not cure gout attacks or pains that are already in action.

Allopurinol can be a relieving drug for eligible people and should be prescribed after a thorough blood analysis and renal function tests.

Indomethacin

To alleviate an ongoing gout attack situation, Indomethacin can be a great help. It actually helps to reduce the inflammation in a short period of time.

Despite the good uses, it can be very poisonous for the body if the doses are not controlled and monitored.

So, it is better to be taken under full medical observation from experts to avert any future discomforts.

Prednisone

The drug that is being picked up more frequently to lessen the symptoms of gout is Prednisone.

This drug works by controlling the symptoms – but it too, like most drugs, has side effects that one taking it should be worried about.

Damages like cataracts, osteoporosis and others have been known to occur.

As the drug is an immunosuppressive one, it may cause some side effects that weakens the overall immunity system of the body such as retention of sodium, acne, night sweats, muscle and bone problems, and increased blood sugar.

This is again a drug that needs to be prescribed after a full profile analysis of the patient.

These are the most common, and in some cases, the only drugs that can be used to treat a gout situation.

If you were to ask me which drug I’d recommend, that answer would be NONE!

Drugs are simply a way of delaying the root problem – they cover the issue and don’t solve it for good.

I went the natural route and it’s what I recommend all of my readers to do.

It can be hard for even a great historian to trace out for how long gout problems have been affecting generations of people all over the world.

Whether you’re a man or a woman, black or white, gout can affect anyone.

For preventing or curing gout, it is suggested by the experts to be more affiliated with a planned diet than to the medicines.

I for one am evidence that gout can be cured simply through changing the foods that you consume.

I used to eat foods that encouraged gout development and for the longest time, I simply couldn’t figure out how to cure it.

Drugs didn’t work, doctor visits failed, everything was a disaster until I changed my diet!

There actually isn’t a complete drug that can cure gout without some severe side-effects.

Because of this, developing a perfect diet is highly recommended for curing gout.

As gout is an outcome of excessive uric acid production in the body, foods that increase the levels are highly recommended to avoid.

Foods with high purines like liver, kidney, sweetbread, anchovies, peas, beans, mackerel, mincemeat, scallops, muscles and herring are the food types with a big “NO” sign for any gout sufferers.

To minimize the severity of a gout problem, these are some things you must do:

Eating the right food with fluid intakes and avoiding the wrong ones that are mentioned.

Keeping the consumption of alcohol to a minimal level as too much of it damages the kidney.

Maintaining a healthy weight and figure as being over-weight makes you much more susceptible to gout.

A sensible meal plan designed to greatly reduce gout pain is a must for any gout patient.

Below you’ll find some foods that I’ve listed that are low in purines. Eating these foods for these meals is a good place to start your new healthy gout diet.

Breakfast: For the very first meal of the day, foods like breads, cereals, coffee, tea, oatmeal, eggs, fruits, juices, low fat cheese and milk with peanut butter are good.

Lunch: For lunch, you have several types of foods such as nuts and peanut butter, pasta or macaroni, healthy soups like cream style ones, broths and again low fat cheeses.

Even if you’re currently suffering from gout, these lunch foods will actually help reduce the pain since they’re low in uric acids.

Dinner: Whether we admit it or not, dinner is the meal when we always look for something exquisite and different than what we had all day.

And if you have gout, you’re going to have to make some changes.

For a nice dinner, cuisines prepared with pasta, macaroni, eggs, vegetables, breads and cereals, low-fat cheeses and soups should do the trick.

Being in a diet plan does not obviously mean that having good food isn’t possible…

Anyone can turn even a strict plan to a tasty one with a little creativity and suggestions from people.

Other food items that can easily sneak in to the gout diet list are gelatin, fats and oils (in small amounts), soda, sugar, syrups and other sweets – in moderation of course.

These can be enough to create a culinary sweet dream with the help of thousands of online recipes and real life cook-books.

By following these brief rules and developing a healthy diet plan, you’ll be on your way to reducing your gout pain and healing it for good.

Today’s article is going to be about the foods you can eat that help reduce the chances of gout attacks.

For curing gout, the first and most important action you need to do is to get the foods responsible for producing high level of purines off the menu.

This eventually works with positive results if you happen to be suffering from gout attacks.

Besides that, there are other good effects of changing the diet that not only reduce gout attacks, but also promote healthy living.

Fluids that Filter out the Filths

Filth in case of a gouty situation is the extra uric acid in our blood stream surrounding our joints. This eventually turns into gout and causes the pain that you feel.

Developing a balanced and planned food habit is very important to prevent and cure your gout.

Fluids play a vital role in the body as they help our kidney function properly by filtering out extra uric acid.

Fruit juices and soups, along with drinking several glasses of water each day, helps protect the kidney develop a smooth filtering process and preventing other health issues (such as stones) to develop.

Fruit and vegetables juices, herbal teas, unsweetened milk and healthy soups can be set in the weekly food-plan to keep the risks of uric acid at a low number.

Please keep a note – alcohols and frequent caffeine intakes are known to cause an increase in uric acid. Avoid them if you have gout!

Say ‘No’ to Purines

No gout patient can afford to let foods high in purines into their diet.

Foods like red meats, organ meats such as kidney, liver, heart, or herring, mackerel, anchovies, trout and even sweetbreads should be consumed very sparingly as these foods are high in purines.

It is not that one can not live without these; it might be tough cutting these delicious foods from your diet, but at the end of the day, avoiding these foods will only help you cure gout.

To fill in the place for protein needs, you can always consume non-animal sources of protein such as various nuts, legumes like peas, beans or lentils quite easily.

As far as the craving for animal-based protein is concerned, foods that are low in purines are absolutely welcome!

Vital Vitamins and Other Essentials Nutrients

For gout patients, intakes of vitamins like vitamin A and B12 are quite vital.

Cherry juice, cod-liver oil or other prescribed supplements can fill up the need for vitamin A which helps the kidney filter out uric acid and purines.

Vitamin B12 supplements are also great for relieving gout pain.

As the food sources of B12 like meat, poultry and others contain higher purines, a suggestive level of the intake asserted by the doctors would do fine.

Other essentials for curing a gout situation include omega 3 acids, black berries, leafy green vegetables and fruits to help reduce the inflammation as much as possible.

Foods keep our body working as intended. Unforunately for some, certain foods contain purines that cause gout. These need to be avoided if you ever wish to reduce your gout attacks – and possibly cure it once and for all.

Whether it is gout or any other problem, the key of a better life always depends on how healthy your food intake is.

The joint inflammation caused by the forming uric acid around the affected are is widely known as gout.

The problem has a huge number of sufferers around the glove and it is sad and alarming that the number continues to increase every year.

I believe it’s due to the poor diet of western countries.

Most of the times, the treatment of gout gets a bit complicated if it is not started in time.

So, to keep the risks to the absolute minimum, it is absolutely important to know the symptoms of gout well in advance and then be sure with professional procedures.

Gout Problem: The Common Symptoms

The very common symptom that can be taken in serious consideration is the pain and puffiness of a joint - generally the Big Toe or the Hallux, is where gout can be found.

The other common places that develop gout first are the balls of the foot, arch of the foot, ankle, knee, knuckle, wrist, elbow and hip.

The affected area may have pain and redness with stiffness and swelling around the joint.

One can be more than sure that the change is because of gout if s/he has gouty arthritis, tophi (hard lumps that are under the skin and happen around the joints affected), Hyperuricemia, skin lumps, arthritis of one joint, arthritis attacks which are rapidly onset and recurrent arthritis attacks in them.

The gout symptoms develop very rapidly, one after another, without giving enough time to the sufferer to wonder what this may be.

However, if you know that these are gout symptoms, you can be quick to make treatments to avoid any future outbreaks.

Generally, the affected area cannot be touched for the severe pain it tends to give off. The gouty areas become even worse if those are covered and not exposed to the outside air.

Gout does not usually attack more than one place at the same time – if you notice pain all over multiple joints, it is probably not gout.

If the symptoms are indentified as gout, it is better to contact a doctor immediately.

Delays in gout cases can cause problems to the body; even disabilities.

Gout Problem: The Professional Ways to Confirm it

Arthrocentesis: This is the most accurate and realiable way to confirm if someone has gout or not.

The process includes collecting the sample of the synovial fluid from the affected joint via syringe and needle.

This synovial fluid is examined by a microscope and if there is a presence of monosodium urate (MSU) crystals in the fluid than it is gout.

Blood Test: A blood test is done to find out the level of uric acid in the blood.

Though high number of uric acid does not always attest gout, in many cases, it was found that a patient with serious a gout condition has normal levels of uric acid.

Reviewing Medical History: This can be done as a primary step to be sure of gout possibilities.

An apparent sign of gout can be tophi, the lumps under the skin, as well as a red shiny area above the affected area.

There are some conditions besides gout in which these symptoms occur, so a thorough medical examination is a must to be assured.

X-Ray: An X-Ray of the affected area can show the tophi crystal under the skin causing the puffiness.

X-Rays can also miss the spot in case of little swollen parts. Yet an X-Ray can be done to be assured.

Gout is definitely a problem. To solve it is a must to determining it first and then taking the proper actions with the help of books and knowledge can lead to curing it for good.

Gout, the joint inflammation caused by excessive uric acid produced by the body, is one such health problem that continues to bother millions of men and women all over the world.

Purines that we can find in our body tissues are thought to be the reason that allows a person’s body to develop hyperuricemia.

Uric acid is one element that is supposed to be dissolved in the blood instead of flowing around in our system causing problems.

Hyperuricemia allows to increase the production of uric acid to such a higher rate that the kidney fails to filter all of that out with urination.

The extra crystals of uric acid gather around joints to form gout.

Eating foods high in purines should best be avoided to avoid gout though having too much uric acid in blood do not always signify gout’s presence.

Here goes 10 quick health facts about gout that everyone needs to keep in mind:

1) Intakes of foods with larger chains of purines often lead to gout. Keeping a safe distance from these types of foods is highly recommended to lessen the chances of gout.

2) Men tend to develop gout at a much higher rate than women.

3) Studying family history is an important task to do for gout cases. If it tends to run in the family running, it is almost inevitable that you may deal with it some time in your life.

4) Too much alcohol can cause the gout disease.

Alcohol also damages the kidney; your kidney needs to be healthy in order to filter the uric acid.

Keep in mind that less alcohol= less gout risks or effective gout treatment!

5) People who have an organ transplant are more in risks of gout in comparison to those who have not.

6) Obesity is a green signal for gout! Extra weight creates malfunctions in the whole working system of the body and puts your health at risk which allows disease, not just gout, to develop.

7) Our body has enzymes to break down the purines.

If someone has an enzyme defect and is not able to break the purines, there is a higher risk that you’ll develop gout and other problems.

Frequent consuming of vitamin of niacin has been shown to lead to development of gout.

9) Lead is one element that has been linked to gout development. Experts’ help can be taken to avoid being exposed to lead.

10) Medicines like diuretics, cyclosporine, levodopa, and even aspirin can also lead to gout problems.

Though there are lots of other facts about gout and arthritis that can be taken in notice if someone is trying to avoid it, but these are the 10 basic and most important facts that you need to keep in mind.

Yes, there are more ferocious diseases in the world than gout, but it’s still a serious problem that causes immense pain, physical discomfort and disfiguration.

In my opinion, this is what makes gout a disease that’s worth talking about and developing a blog like this one to help people.

Keep in mind that I also suffered from gout for many months and it wasn’t until I started doing my own research on the internet that I came up with some awesome natural gout cures.

You really need to keep this in mind and understand that you can cure your gout without medication – it will just take a little bit of time and dedication.

But it’s completely worth it!

Talk to you all soon,
