When it comes to curing your gout for good, here are some important tips that I learned during my run in with it.
1) Red meat should be avoided. My first gout natural remedy involved me cutting out red meat completely. No more hamburgers, no more steaks, no more carne asada burritos from my favorite mexican drive thrus.
You need to test this out yourself. Everybody is different and red meat isn’t always one of the causes. For instance, your gout may be caused by pork or fish. I suggest cutting out each food one by one and see if you notice any results.

Unfortunately for us gout sufferers, our bodies react to the purines which end up causing pain around our joints.
It’s much more scientific than that but all you need to know right now is that eating meats and other foods high in purines will basically keep your uric levels high and keep gout around for awhile.
